Hello if anyone is reading this. My name is Carlos and I'm starting this blog so that I can keep track of my own fitness and dietary goals more easily.
I've been overweight all of my life and finally sick of it. I'm going to try a tried and true method of weight loss : calorie counting and exercising. Fortunately I am probably going to get a workout buddy in the near future. I also took a bit of nutrition courses in university for my degree. So armed with calorie counters and dumbells, I will in the near future be off on my way to (hopefully) a healthier life.
If anything I do helps anyone, that is great, but my main goal is to motivate myself by posting this online so the whole world can watch me succeed or fail
